Order

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details regarding products, price, billing, and delivery. Please ensure that the email address you entered is correct.

If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected].

Delivery

Knitting patterns are delivered as a PDF/downloadable file immediately after purchase. Please ensure your email address is correct. Note that digital products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Product information

We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products, as slight color variations may occur depending on monitor settings, photo quality, and resolution. However, we always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content.

By shopping at Mia Björn Design, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We value your personal privacy and do not collect more data than necessary to process your order. We never pass on, sell, or swap your personal data for marketing purposes to third parties.

Mia Björn Design is the controller of the personal data you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order, as well as for the occasions when you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - in order to customize marketing to your individual needs. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

To manage your order and answer questions related to your purchase (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.

Your data is stored for as long as we have a legal basis to process your information, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for instance, the Swedish Accounting Act.

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions, and similar mailings are carried out only with your consent.

When a purchase is completed, information is shared with the parties involved in fulfilling your order, such as payment solution providers (Postnord), and, if you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, our newsletter provider.
